Worked as an autoworker for 33 year in Detroit, active and held office in UAW. Still active in the union and in the community living in Detroit. Active in the Bernie Sanders campaign.

Student in France in 1968 and participated in the student movement there. Still maintain international ties through this experience and international union activity through the union magazine Labor Notes.

School Story

Appreciated my experience in the Civil Rights Movement in Evanston, particularly the discussions about race relations that were organized during homeroom for our senior year.

I got called to the office for distributing flyers about a Northwestern tutoring program based in Chicago. The ETHS bus in this program had some great discussions.

I enjoyed participating in the production of the Gondoliers and the ETHS Marching Band. When I got to USC, they still were not allowing women!

I believe Jeffery is the third classmate to die from COVID19 or is it more? I agree, everyone get the vaccine, wear a mask and abide by social distancing.
